Are you a cop or related to one? Because cops are not our heroes. They are junk in a zoot suit, and get excited when they get to use their toys. A uniform does not give anyone the right to use force through tazering, because it can lead to an adrenalin rush, and the end result could very well be using their guns...as you point out that they don't have to go through each step. Well, I'm pointing out that they do have to go through each step because that is their job description. And if they can't do their jobs properly then they need to get out of their own way by getting a different job. Afterall, and yes here we go again, the citizens of this country are paying their wages, they were hired to serve and protect, and they should be fired by doing the opposite.
